The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Take Action: Defend and Protect Australian Child Victims, Democracy and Justice

Deceptive high risk foreign International player destroys lives, our democracy and our justice systems using and abusing our own money and children in this psychocriminal process.

PUBLISHED: June 17, 2024 8:49:21 PM UPDATED: Not Updated

This article describes how a foreign power can and does infiltrate every corner of our democratic nation in order to benefit their own political, economic and commercial interests through using the protections we provide in our Constitution against our nation and our children and uses the word Psychocriminal to do that.

In the name of justice, humanity, and the fundamental rights of victims, we must unequivocally demand that our governments and those in positions of power act immediately and decisively to address the gross miscarriages of justice occurring within our criminal justice system. For far too long, the survivors of abuse, particularly those who suffered at the hands of religious figures, have been denied their right to justice through a labyrinth of legal maneuvers and systemic cover-ups. This must end now.

A System in Crisis

The current state of our criminal justice system is nothing short of a travesty. It is a system that has been manipulated and corrupted by those who seek to protect their own interests at the expense of the most vulnerable members of our society. Religious institutions, leveraging their immense power, influence, and resources, have engaged in covert and deceptive activities to shield perpetrators of heinous crimes from accountability. This is a direct attack on the very principles of justice and democracy that our society stands for.

The Cost of Inaction

Every day that we fail to act, another victim is silenced, another life is ruined, and another perpetrator escapes justice. This is not just a failure of our legal system; it is a moral failure of our society. We cannot, and must not, allow this to continue. The survivors of abuse have already suffered immeasurably; to deny them justice in their lifetime is to compound their suffering and betray our collective conscience.

The Role of Government and Individuals

Governments must take immediate and robust action to rectify this injustice. This requires a comprehensive and unflinching approach:

  1. Legislative Reforms:

    • Immediate Revision of Laws: Amend existing laws to ensure that no religious institution or individual is above the law. This includes removing any legal privileges or exemptions that obstruct justice.
    • Mandatory Reporting: Enforce mandatory reporting laws for all instances of abuse disclosed within religious contexts, including the confessional.
  2. Transparency and Accountability:

    • Public Inquiries and Audits: Conduct independent public inquiries and audits of religious institutions to expose and address systemic cover-ups and abuses.
    • Financial Scrutiny: Implement strict financial scrutiny of religious organizations to prevent the misuse of funds and ensure they are not used to evade justice.
  3. Support for Victims:

    • Comprehensive Support Services: Provide comprehensive support services for victims, including legal assistance, counseling, and financial aid.
    • Victim-Centered Policies: Develop and implement policies that prioritize the rights and needs of victims over the protection of institutions.
  4. International Cooperation:

    • Global Agreements: Forge international agreements to ensure perpetrators cannot escape justice by fleeing to other jurisdictions.
    • Extradition Treaties: Strengthen extradition treaties to bring offenders to justice regardless of their location.

A Call to Individuals

To those in positions of power, to the lawmakers, the judges, the prosecutors, and the law enforcement officers: you are the guardians of justice. It is your duty to act with integrity and courage. You must resist the influence of powerful religious entities and prioritize the rights of the victims.

To the public, to every citizen: you have a voice, and you must use it. Demand action from your representatives. Stand with the survivors. Together, we can create a groundswell of support that no government can ignore.

Conclusion

The time for half-measures and delays is over. We must act now, with the full force of our laws and the unwavering conviction of our moral principles, to ensure that justice is not just a promise but a reality for all victims of abuse. We owe it to them, to our society, and to future generations to ensure that justice prevails and that those who have suffered are finally heard, believed, and vindicated.

Stand Up, Speak Out, Act Now

In the strongest possible terms, we call upon our leaders to take immediate and decisive action. The lives and dignity of countless individuals depend on it. Let us be remembered not for our inaction in the face of injustice but for our courage to confront it head-on and restore the faith in our justice system that has been so grievously undermined. Welcome to Democracy via a living Bill of Rights

In a parliamentary democracy, the parliament enjoys the benefits of democracy, while the rest of us receive a diluted and often inadequate form of representation. This representation is repeatedly influenced by the commercial interests of major corporations and institutions, aligning the entire country with their wants and philosophies.

The people have never been given a direct avenue to contribute meaningfully in the directions and decisions of their country despite this being technically achievable. This is particularly evident in the context of a people of Australia directed and engaged Bill of Rights.

Here is an enduring and enabling opportunity for every Australian now and on into the future. There simply is not anything greater that we could enable for our future generations.

The mind of a three-year-old child is as expansive as the universe. How we treat our children during these early years profoundly shapes their growth and development, ultimately shaping the world we live in. Make this the opportunity to put control of our destiny in the hands of the people on into the future.

Donate, always make time for good things to happen; you can do that here simply by participating.

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.
