The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Developing a model for an evolving Bill of Rights for Australia.
After consideration it was determined it was wiser to introduce this concept via a Bill of Rights for Australia.
Such a model would need to be dynamic, incorporating regular updates to reflect the changing values, technologies, and circumstances of society to afford a fair shared set of Rights through time and through each generation.
Potential steps that could be taken to develop this model:
1. Establish Core Principles: Identify the fundamental values and principles that should remain constant in the Bill of Rights, such as human rights, the role of and the rule of law, and the fairest form of Health, Wealth, Care, Safety, Equality via our governance systems.
2. Create Update Mechanisms: Design mechanisms for regular review and amendment of the Bill of Rights. This would include a system of expanding input from the population through inclusion at every level of Education, Health, Care.
3. Incorporate Data Analysis: Use data analysis to monitor societal trends and challenges. This could involve the formula mentioned earlier to track changes in education, socio-political events, technology, and other factors.
4. Engage Public Participation: Ensure that the process includes public input and participation, reflecting a broad range of views and experiences.
5. Implement Flexibility: Allow for flexibility in the Bill of Rights to adapt to unforeseen future developments while maintaining stability and continuity.
6. Ensure Transparency: Make the process transparent, with clear documentation and communication about changes and the reasons behind them.
7. Evaluate Impact: Regularly assess the impact of Bill of Rights changes on society over time to ensure they are achieving their intended goals.
8. Global Context: Consider the global context and international law to ensure the Bill of Rights aligns with international standards and obligations.
This evolving Bill of Rights model would be a living document, capable of adapting to the needs of each generation while preserving the core tenets of Australian democracy. It would be a complex but rewarding endeavor, requiring collaboration across multiple disciplines and sectors of society.
Key considerations for the language used in a Bill of Rights:
• Clarity: The language should be straightforward and unambiguous, allowing for easy interpretation and application.
• Inclusivity: The wording should be inclusive, reflecting the diversity of society and ensuring that all groups are represented and protected.
• Adaptability: The language should be flexible enough to accommodate future changes and interpretations without losing its core principles.
• Legality: The terminology must align with legal standards and be enforceable within the judicial system.
• Accessibility: The document should be accessible to the general public, avoiding overly technical or legalistic jargon.
Developing an inclusive Bill of Rights into a tool that brings benefit to whole population is a worthwhile venture with a future. Help us along by pitching in via PayPal or contact us if you want to become involved.
2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Being a 2024 Catholic in today's real world
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with
absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than
any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a
small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance
