The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at it's core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma has been kept alive, active and deeply embedded in each new generation over the past 2,000+ years.

Your legal right to safety and security in Queensland and other state and territory public hospitals

Published: Thursday, 16 February 2023 12:13:45 AM

What is the current law in Queensland in regards the wearing of religious jewelry and symbols in Queensland public hospitals?

In Queensland, religious jewelry and symbols are allowed to be worn in public hospitals as long as it does not interfere with the effectiveness of the medical care and is in line with the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 [1]. The increasing cultural, linguistic and religious diversity in the Queensland population [2] calls for a safe and inclusive environment in public hospitals where patient's right to religious expression is respected. The report on court practices and procedures in relation to freedom of religion or belief [3] also indicates that religious jewelry and symbols should be allowed in public hospitals, as long as they are in line with the anti-discrimination laws.

Whose rights prevail in an occurrence where an admitting nurse wore religious jewelry and initiated an act of a Catholic exorcism on learning that a patient being admitted was a known survivor of childhood sexual abuse by clergy?

When there is a conflict between religious rights and patient rights, patient rights should always prevail. In the occurrence of an admitting nurse wearing religious jewelry and initiating an act of a Catholic exorcism on a known survivor of childhood sexual abuse by clergy, the patient's rights should be respected.

The patient should be treated with dignity and respect, and their mental and emotional health should be a priority. The patient should also be provided with suitable support and counselling to help them recover from their trauma. The actions of the admitting nurse should not be condoned, as they have violated the patient's right to bodily autonomy, and the patient should be made aware of this violation.

The right of the patient to be treated fairly and with respect outweighs the right of the nurse to practice their own religion. It is essential that healthcare professionals are mindful of the patient's rights, and that they are conscious of the potential impact of their actions on a patient's mental and emotional wellbeing.

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance on the issue ...
