The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Involvement, Engagement, Stability, Unity, and a Future.
In the more than 65,000 year long tradition of the Song-Lines of our original people when coupled together with modern technology brings a unique evolutionary moment for the homo species in actually involving the full population in planning our own future and the future of our children and the whole nation.
The idea of updating a nation's constitution on a regular basis to reflect social and economic advancements is a worthwhile investment. Here's a conceptual outline for an initiative in the context of Australia
Conceptual Framework for Constitutional Updates
Objective
To create a dynamic constitutional framework that evolves with societal progress, ensuring that the nation's foundational document remains relevant and reflective of contemporary values and challenges.
Proposed Entity
• Name: Australian Constitutional Evolution Council (ACEC)
• Structure: A diverse panel of legal experts, sociologists, economists, and representatives from various communities seeking input and responses from across the spectrum of community in wider Australia.
• Function: To review and propose amendments to the constitution on a proposed 10 years basis.
Process
1. Assessment Phase: The ACEC conducts a comprehensive review of current constitutional provisions against modern standards and societal needs.
2. Public Consultation: Engage with the public to gather input on potential amendments. This could involve local gatherings, online forums, and surveys.
3. Drafting Amendments: Based on feedback and expert analysis, draft proposed amendments to the constitution.
4. Electronic Voting: Implement a secure electronic voting system to allow the public to vote on the proposed amendments.
5. Ratification: If the amendments receive the required support, they are ratified and integrated into the constitution.
Key Considerations
• Legal Framework: Ensure the process adheres to the existing legal requirements for constitutional amendments as outlined in Section 128 of the Australian Constitution https://theconversation.com/changing-the-australian-constitution-is-not-easy-but-we-need-to-stop-thinking-its-impossible-183626.
• Technology: Develop a robust and secure electronic voting platform to facilitate widespread public participation https://www.aph.gov.au/About_Parliament/Parliamentary_Departments/Parliamentary_Library/pubs/BriefingBook45p/ElectronicVoting.
• Education: Provide educational resources to inform the public about the implications of proposed changes.
• Transparency: Maintain transparency throughout the process to build trust and encourage engagement.
Long-Term Vision
• Living Bill of Rights: Establish a living document that encapsulates fundamental rights and freedoms, subject to periodic review and updates.
• National Debates: Facilitate national debates on critical questions like Australia's potential transition to a republic https://theconversation.com/the-republic-debate-is-back-again-but-we-need-more-than-a-model-to-capture-australians-imagination-175058 or suggest a topic for inclusion.
• Future Planning: Allow for a structured, long-term debate over a 10 or 20-year period on the vision for the nation's future, involving the younger generation in the process.
This framework aims to balance the stability of the constitution with the need for adaptability, ensuring that Australia's guiding principles grow alongside its people. It's a forward-thinking approach that could potentially serve as a model for other nations considering similar constitutional evolutions.

We investigated the impacts, with an aim to inform the laws that should protect our children and their human right to keep them safe from sexual abuse. Millions of children’s human rights are trashed and violated every day in Australia, while current regulations and compromised politicians and public servants protect both individual and institutional abusers and those that enable them. Our mission is to provide a safe nurturing environment in which to raise our children so that then they can safely, morally and ethically engage in a progressive corporate world without cannabalising the system and those dependent on it.
Changing the Constitution into a tool that brings benefit to whole population is a worthwhile venture with a future. Help us along by pitching in via PayPal or contact us if you want to become involved.
In a parliamentary democracy, the parliament enjoys the benefits of democracy, while the rest of us receive a
diluted and often inadequate form of representation. This representation is repeatedly influenced by the commercial
interests of
major corporations and institutions, aligning the entire country with their wants and philosophies.
The
people have never been given a
direct avenue to contribute meaningfully in the directions and decisions of their country despite this being
technically achievable. This is particularly evident in the context of a people of Australia directed and engaged
Bill of
Rights.
Here is an
enduring and enabling
opportunity for every Australian now and on into the future. There simply is not anything greater that we could
enable for our future generations.
The mind of a three-year-old child is as expansive as the universe. How we treat our children during these early years profoundly shapes their growth and development, ultimately shaping the world we live in. Make this the opportunity to put control of our destiny in the hands of the people on into the future.

2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning."
