The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood to resolve the harms done to them. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

What is due process?

What is due process of law in Australia?

In Australia, the concept of due process of law is also a fundamental principle of the legal system. However, unlike the United States, the Australian Constitution does not include a specific due process clause. Rather, the principle of due process has been established through common law and statutory provisions.

Under Australian law, due process requires that individuals have access to a fair and impartial legal system, and that legal proceedings are conducted in accordance with established rules and procedures. This includes the right to a fair hearing before an independent and impartial tribunal, the right to be informed of the charges against them, and the right to be heard and present evidence in their defense.

In addition, the Australian legal system also recognizes the importance of substantive due process, which requires that laws and regulations are fair, reasonable, and do not infringe on fundamental rights without a legitimate government purpose. This is particularly relevant in the context of judicial review of government actions, where courts will examine whether the actions of government agencies and officials comply with the requirements of due process.

Overall, due process of law is a fundamental principle of the Australian legal system, which ensures that individuals are treated fairly and impartially under the law, and that government power is exercised in accordance with established legal procedures and limitations.

........................................

Due process of law refers to the principle that individuals have a right to fair and impartial legal proceedings, including notice of any charges against them and an opportunity to be heard before a neutral judge or decision-maker.

In the United States, the concept of due process is enshrined in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution, which state that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Due process requires that the government follow established legal procedures and treat individuals fairly and consistently, without arbitrary or discriminatory actions.

Due process includes both procedural and substantive aspects. Procedural due process requires that legal proceedings be conducted according to established rules and procedures, including adequate notice, an opportunity to be heard, and a fair and impartial decision-maker. Substantive due process requires that the laws themselves be fair and reasonable, and that they not infringe on fundamental rights without a compelling government interest.

Overall, due process of law is a crucial component of a fair and just legal system, and serves to protect individuals from government abuse of power and arbitrary or discriminatory actions.

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

Youtube - listen to Commissioner Bob Atkinson get it wrong - again
The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance on the issue ...
