In Australia government funded and supported institutions, and their clergy bound by doctrine and oaths of allegiance to a foreign Vatican sovereign daily act with impunity to pervert justice, minimise and cloak rape in eternal secrecy, prioritizing papal loyalty over truth, victims and national law.

The experiences outlined above engage established domestic and international human rights protections, particularly those relating to freedom of thought, personal autonomy, and protection from coercion.
Under the Human Rights Act 2019 (Queensland), individuals are entitled to freedom of thought, conscience, religion, and belief. This right necessarily includes not only the freedom to hold or adopt beliefs, but also the freedom not to be subject to coercion that impairs that freedom.
“No one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice.”
Where exposure occurs during early childhood, additional protections arise under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), including:
The right of the child to develop their own views freely (Article 12)
The right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion (Article 14)
The obligation on States to protect children from all forms of mental harm (Article 19)
These protections recognise that children are uniquely vulnerable to influence and lack the developmental capacity to provide informed consent to systems that shape their internal cognitive and emotional frameworks.
The early imposition of a totalising doctrinal system—particularly one incorporating surveillance, fear-based consequences, and authority structures positioned as absolute—engages the concept of coercion within the meaning of these frameworks.
The introduction of belief constructs prior to the development of critical reasoning
The use of fear-based mechanisms (e.g. punishment, exclusion, existential threat)
The internalisation of authority within the individual’s cognitive framework
The persistence of these effects independent of conscious belief
Taken together, these factors may constitute a form of psychological coercion that interferes with the individual’s freedom of thought and autonomy, particularly where the individual was a child at the time of exposure.
Where such interference has occurred, human rights principles support the position that individuals are entitled to:
Recognition of the impact of that interference
the ability to challenge or correct imposed narratives within institutional records
Protection from ongoing or repeated forms of coercive influence access to appropriate remedies where harm can be demonstrated
This is consistent with broader principles of natural justice, including the right to be heard and the right to decisions based on accurate and verified information.
At its core, the issue engages the principle of personal sovereignty.
Freedom of thought is not limited to outward expression—it includes the integrity of the internal cognitive domain. Where that domain is shaped through coercion at a stage where consent is not possible, the individual’s autonomy is compromised at a foundational level.
Accordingly, the question is not whether belief systems may exist, but whether the manner in which they are imposed—particularly upon children—respects the individual’s fundamental rights.
Where it does not, the right to justice and redress arises as a matter of principle, not preference.

2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than

Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a
small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance
on the issue ...
