In Australia government funded and supported institutions, and their clergy bound by doctrine and oaths of allegiance to a foreign Vatican sovereign daily act with impunity to pervert justice, minimise and cloak rape in eternal secrecy, prioritizing papal loyalty over truth, victims and national law.

Do you have a Personal Sovereignty Statement that is Truly Yours?

1. I do not priotize retaliation or revenge over my own recovery.
2. The one dimension that supernatural supreme beings cannot exist in is the real world of replicable science and peer reviewed evidence.
3. Any mystery is gone when the only supernatal supreme being is unable, unwilling or incapable of presenting themselves to give evidence that could protect billions of children annually from violent rape.
This Sovereign Cultural Statement sets out a framework for understanding how individuals develop identity, belief, and understanding through a combination of innate pattern-based learning and externally transmitted cultural systems.
Human beings are born with a natural capacity for pattern recognition, allowing them to learn from observation, experience, and interaction with their environment. This process is adaptive, evidence-based, and continuously updated as new information is encountered.
Cultural education, by contrast, involves the transmission of beliefs, values, and social structures through authority, language, and tradition. While cultural systems can support development, they may also override or constrain natural learning processes when presented as fixed or unquestionable.
During early childhood, individuals do not possess the cognitive capacity to independently evaluate complex moral, existential, or abstract claims. Exposure to absolute or fear-based belief systems at this stage may result in the internalisation of those beliefs without the ability to critically assess them.
Where belief systems are reinforced through authority, identity binding, or perceived consequences for dissent, they may become embedded as part of an individual’s sense of safety or survival. This can limit the capacity for later reassessment, even where evidence or experience suggests the need for revision.
This statement recognises the concept of cognitive sovereignty: the right of each individual to develop their own understanding of the world free from coercion, undue influence, or fear-based imposition during critical stages of development.
Cognitive sovereignty does not seek to eliminate cultural or belief systems. Rather, it requires that such systems be presented in a manner that allows for evaluation, questioning, and revision, particularly once an individual has reached sufficient maturity to engage in independent reasoning.
In this context, the role of caregivers, educators, and institutions is one of stewardship rather than control. The objective is to support the development of the individual’s capacity to think, assess evidence, and form conclusions, rather than to impose fixed outcomes.
Where cultural or institutional systems restrict the ability to question, reinterpret, or withdraw from belief without consequence, there is a risk of interference with cognitive development and personal autonomy.
A sovereign cultural framework therefore prioritises psychological safety, openness to evidence, and the protection of the individual’s capacity to develop, revise, and hold beliefs without coercion.
This approach aligns with broader principles of human rights, including the right to freedom of thought, the right to personal development, and the right to be free from harm. It extends these principles into the developmental domain, recognising that the conditions under which beliefs are formed are as important as the beliefs themselves.
The purpose of this statement is to support ongoing examination, dialogue, and refinement of cultural practices to ensure they remain compatible with the development, autonomy, and well-being of individuals, particularly children.

2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a
small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance
on the issue ...
