The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood to resolve the harms done to them. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

The Flawed Sanctuary of Primitive Delusion: Freedom of Religion as a Shield for Moral Decay

In modern societies like Australia, Section 116 of the Constitution is often heralded as a bastion of liberty, guaranteeing "Freedom of Religion."

PUBLISHED: April 5, 2025 2:48:11 AM UPDATED: No Updates

On its surface, this seems a noble endeavor—ensuring individuals can pursue their spiritual beliefs without interference. Yet, beneath this veneer of tolerance lies a troubling paradox: where in this legal framework is it explicitly mandated that the laws of the land must take precedence over the whims of religious doctrine? The absence of such clarity exposes a dangerous flaw, one that permits ancient, implausible delusions to persist, fester, and undermine the fundamental rights of millions.

The tension is most glaring when we consider the limits of this so-called freedom. Yes, the religious can be prosecuted for murder—an act so egregious that even the shield of faith cannot protect it. But what of the subtler, yet equally devastating, violations of human dignity? What of the rights of children to grow unburdened by the perpetual threat to their spiritual and physical autonomy? Here, the law falters, offering no robust defense against the insidious encroachment of primitive insanity masquerading as sanctity.

The Absurdity of Sanctified Nonsense

Under the banner of religious freedom, the most absurd notions are granted not just tolerance, but legal protection. A fetid turd—yes, a literal piece of excrement—could be deemed a holy relic if some revered figure is said to have produced it. A rock, a tree, a rusted nail—any object, no matter how ridiculous, can be elevated to divine status and cloaked in the armor of constitutional safeguarding. This is not mere hyperbole; it is the logical extension of a system that refuses to interrogate the plausibility of belief. Such protections do not elevate human understanding; they entrench a denial of reason, preserving mental aberrations that should have withered in the light of modernity.

This absurdity reaches its moral nadir when we examine the real-world consequences. Consider the Roman Catholic Church, an institution whose clergy have, across generations, systematically raped and abused children under the guise of divine authority. These are not isolated incidents but a pattern of depravity enabled by the unprovable, fantastical claims of holiness and a supposed connection to an omnipotent being. The result? Thousands of victims—children whose innocence was shattered—are denied justice and redress, their suffering dismissed in deference to the "rights" of the religiously protected. The moral deficit here is staggering: a society that prioritizes the delusions of the few over the tangible agony of the many.

The Extortion of Human Potential

At its core, this protection of primitive deception is a form of extortion—a fraud perpetrated against the vulnerable. Children, in particular, bear the brunt of this moral failing. Their right to reach their full potential—to live free from the psychological shackles of fear, guilt, and superstition—is sacrificed on the altar of religious liberty. The state, by refusing to assert the primacy of secular law, becomes complicit in this theft, allowing the spiritual and physical existence of its youngest citizens to be held hostage by doctrines born in an era of ignorance.

The denial of these rights is not abstract; it is a lived reality. When a child is taught that their worth is contingent on obedience to an unseen deity, when they are subjected to rituals or threats rooted in ancient myth, their autonomy is eroded. When those who claim divine sanction—be they priests, imams, or shamans—are shielded from accountability, the child’s right to safety is nullified. This is not freedom; it is a perverse inversion of it, where the powerful exploit the defenseless under the pretext of piety.

The Failure of Modernity

How have these relics of primitive insanity survived into the 21st century? The answer lies in a misplaced reverence for tradition and a reluctance to confront the uncomfortable truth: not all beliefs deserve protection. The Enlightenment promised a world guided by reason, yet we remain tethered to the superstitions of our ancestors, unwilling to sever the chains of delusion. Section 116, rather than a triumph of liberty, becomes a loophole through which the irrational is laundered into legitimacy.

The moral cost is incalculable. Millions are denied the right to live free from the fraud of extortion—the extraction of their freedom, their dignity, and their potential by those who wield unprovable claims as weapons. The rapists in cassocks, the charlatans in temples, the zealots in mosques—all are granted a perverse immunity, their victims left to languish in a system that equates holiness with untouchability.

Will there ever be Justice for the Millions

It is time to rethink this sacred cow of religious freedom. True liberty does not lie in the unchecked proliferation of every belief, no matter how deranged or destructive. It lies in the courage to prioritize the rights of the living—especially the most vulnerable—over the fantasies of the past. The law must assert its supremacy, not as an oppressor of conscience, but as a guardian against the excesses of delusion. Until it does, we remain complicit in a moral tragedy, protecting the indefensible while millions suffer under the weight of sanctified lies.

Take action today through forwarding or linking a copy of this to your friends, and your elected representatives and demand they protect living children from this form of ritual insanity.

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance on the issue ...
