The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood to resolve the harms done to them. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

The surprise thus far is that despite what I had been told the same process that I had to walk away from due to the
toxicity and many other aspects of the Melbourne process appears to be the same as when I left it around
2007.
That process had been runnign for a number of years by that time. I foolishly accepted the recommendation to engage
with the Catholic Church as they were promoting themselves out in the market place for survivors to come forward to
receive comepensation and healing via psychological support and financial compensation. Th etoxicty of that journey
cost the lives of many others. I had to stand back from it on several occassions; initially from Carelink and Peter
O'Callaghan and then later after I was deceived into engaging with IGFA.

I am in a position where I can take up the offer of a "no win - no charge" "alternative dispute resolution process
which aims to resolve your matter without going to Court". This is in regard to my abuse as a child.
I am incredibly skeptical of the ability of the Melbourne process to settle with me in a timely and just manner; I
come to this opinion based on my dealings of the past with the Melbourne response and my recent communications with
the Vicar for Justice Tony Kerin (Links to this information has previously been forwarded to the Royal Commission -
I am unaware if the Royal Commission has received this information or if it has an interest in further evidence
including access to a reputable witness that is directly related to this matter.).

The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
