The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood to resolve the harms done to them. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

How to Build a Just and Better Future: 1 - Grok

A Comparison of Why and How We Can and Need to Build a Just and Healthy Society by 2025.

PUBLISHED: May 25, 2025 08:58:11 AM UPDATED: No Updates

The World Health Organization’s (WHO) guidance document, Mental Health, Human Rights and Legislation: Guidance and Practice (2023), highlights critical flaws in global mental health systems, particularly their reliance on coercive practices, institutionalization, and biomedical models that often prioritize profit and control over human rights and well-being. The document emphasizes the need for a human rights-based approach, aligning with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), to reform mental health governance and prioritize dignity, autonomy, and community-based care. This provides a foundation for addressing the systemic issues in psychiatry, especially for children, who are uniquely vulnerable to harm from flawed systems driven by profit motives and power imbalances.1

Mental Health, Human Rights and Legislation: Guidance and Practice (2023)

The concerns raised about psychiatry—its reliance on an unproven “chemical imbalance” model, lifelong medication dependency, and governance structures enabling exploitation—resonate with the WHO’s findings. The document critiques legislation that perpetuates forced treatment and institutionalization, often justified by biomedical assumptions lacking robust evidence. For children, these practices can lead to trauma, loss of autonomy, and lifelong harm, particularly when profit-driven systems prioritize medication over holistic, preventative care. The WHO advocates for participatory governance, community-based support, and the inclusion of lived experiences in policy-making, which aligns with the goal of direct democracy and people-centered governance by 2050.

Below is a proposal, grounded in the WHO’s guidance, to reform mental health systems with a focus on children’s welfare and the establishment of direct democratic governance by 2050. The proposal prioritizes prevention, community empowerment, and systemic accountability to dismantle harmful practices and foster equitable, evidence-based support.

Key Points from the Proposal

  • Child-Centered Focus: Eliminates harmful practices like forced medication, replacing them with consent-based, holistic care to protect children’s autonomy and well-being.
  • Community Empowerment: Shifts resources to local hubs and participatory councils, ensuring families and youth shape policies.
  • Direct Democracy: Uses digital platforms and local governance to give communities control over mental health systems by 2050.
  • Evidence-Based Reform: Challenges the biomedical model with research into social determinants, aligning with WHO’s call for rigorous, human rights-based approaches.
  • Accountability: Implements oversight to prevent profiteering and ensure policies reflect community needs.

Next Steps

  1. Stakeholder Engagement: Convene global forums with youth, families, and advocates to refine the proposal.
  2. Pilot Programs: Launch community hubs in diverse regions to test models and gather data.
  3. Legislative Advocacy: Collaborate with policymakers to align laws with CRPD and WHO guidelines.
  4. Public Campaign: Raise awareness about systemic harms and the benefits of democratic reform.

This proposal addresses the systemic failures outlined in the WHO document and the user’s concerns, offering a actionable path to prioritize children’s welfare and achieve governance by the people, for the people, by 2030.1

2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity

Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning."
