The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood to resolve the harms done to them. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

In the realm of public office and governance, the intersection of personal allegiance and national loyalty often presents complex challenges, especially when it involves oaths to foreign entities. This tension is particularly pronounced in cases where public officials have ties to influential international organizations, such as the Vatican, which can ands often does conflict with their duties to their own nations. Here, we explore the legal intricacies, challenges, and potential solutions associated with addressing what has been shown by the experiences of uncountable numbers of child sexual abuse by clergy and religious victims to be treasonous activities under the guise of constitutional protections.
The legal framework within Australia includes provision in Section 116 of the Constitution, which safeguards freedom of religion and prohibits religious tests for public office. While these protections are fundamental to upholding democratic and human rights principles, they can also shield those whose dual loyalties have lead to conflicts of interest that have enabled the perversion and obstruction of Justice for many by tgaking actions against the national interest.
Proving actions that could be labeled as treason involves high legal hurdles. Treason, typically defined as acts betraying one's country, requires clear evidence of intent and substantial harm to national security or sovereignty. This high threshold ensures that charges are not frivolously applied but also means that these horrendous criminal daily activities escape scrutiny.
One of the significant barriers to prosecuting potential conflicts of interest or treasonous actions is resource constraints. Legal systems do not have adequate resources to monitor or manage the vast number of cases potentially involving conflicts between personal religious obligations and public duties, especially when those involved are part of large, well-funded organizations.
Moreover, the procedural complexity and associated costs with legal actions are prohibitively high. These challenges are compounded by the need for extensive evidence, making it difficult to link specific actions directly to outcomes that are clearly against the public or national interest.
Enhanced Disclosure Requirements: Stricter disclosure requirements for public officials would make it easier to monitor and address these conflicts of sovereignty and national interests. By requiring officials to declare their affiliations and the nature of their oaths to foreign entities, oversight bodies can more effectively gauge risks and intervene when necessary.
Targeted Legislation: There is a clear need for laws specifically designed to tackle the issue of dual or divided loyalties, particularly those involving allegiance to foreign powers. Such legislation needs to be carefully crafted to balance the protection of the right to sovereignty, Justice and real compensation versus religious freedom with the imperative to safeguard national and individual interests of the people.
Public and Media Scrutiny: Increased transparency and robust media coverage can and does play a crucial role in addressing these issues. Public scrutiny can drive political will and ensure that conflicts of interest or dubious loyalties are not only brought to light but also addressed by relevant authorities.
Interagency Cooperation: To handle cases involving international and religious dimensions, enhanced cooperation between different branches of law enforcement and government are vital. This approach will help pool resources and expertise, providing a more robust, fair and equal mechanism for tackling such challenging scenarios.
Addressing dual loyalties requires a approach that respects individual rights while maintaining first allegiance that protects national interests. The challenges are significant, but with targeted reforms and increased accountability measures, it is possible to mitigate the risks associated with conflicts of interest in public office. As we move forward, it will be crucial for legal systems and societies to adapt to the realities of a globalized world where allegiances are not always solely national but can be transnational in nature.

2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more
