The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at it's core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma has been kept alive, active and deeply embedded in each new generation over the past 2,000+ years.

The folkloric Australian battler mindset is not a great model to follow.
Approaching something with the intention of being aware, being proactive, being safe, being of assistance or simply being in control to the best of our ability are all better mindsets to have in preference to one of coming from an existing position of embattlement where options, ideas and opportunities have been lost and discounted due to those prolonged battles with many very different issues than the current threat at a time when we need to be able to consider all perspectives and options without the preset of fortress thinking.
Do not forget the "stranger danger" model we were plied with for decades and then a Royal Commission showed us it's reality.
Change has been forced onto an ignorant and resistant government - that is good change to have.
How long they can keep up their responsibilities before they turn their heads back to the troughs they were feeding from will be the longterm game.
A contact recently responded with "I cannot see a cultural change in these faux elites. We may need something akin to de nazification" to which I replied "curious that you should mention that - recently went back and listened again to Annie Jacobsen: The Secret History of the CIA and Annie Jacobsen: Inside DARPA: The Pentagon's Brain.
My Contact replied : Yes. Seriously deluded and out of touch
Depends on how much of a need to dissociate from reality exists within the individual. Observing the PM and his government's response indicates a considerably low actual resiliency and high in denial. Through the pushback he and his government have had to acknowledge the scientific evidence and what that reality means.
That has been the shock that eventually moved him and others.
The PM came home from Hawaii and immediately went back to Hillsong keeping his denial active and strong.
He does not display calmness; in fact he displays a propensity to get angry very quickly which is something we don't need in times of crisis.
The apocalypse has already happened for the remaining religious and you did not notice while you were seeking the best evidence and safety.
We were promised vaccines in days and hours during SARS outbreak. How did that work out?
Leadership has had its head off in the clouds with their gods and with feeding their mates and corporations at the public trough waiting for their religious apocalypse while a global health pandemic passed them by. They did not notice and the year really is 2020.
I then look at how 8 police jurisdictions and every government for decades all followed the same procedure in covering up and denying justice to victims of clergy rape and other sex crimes and of course there can be no conspiracy when it is and remains a religious culture and habit of governments and leadership.

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.
Youtube - listen to Commissioner Bob Atkinson get it wrong - again
The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance on the issue ...
