The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

A Republic aims to represent every citizen while a democracy only aims to represent those who are a part of the majority.
In a democracy if you do not belong to the majority ie you are Christian then you are of value only as a resource to exploit, a life that you are guided to assist in experiencing ongoing perpetual and universal suffering simply because you are the social scapegoat and while they can they keep you voiceless and invisible
.Australia claims to be a secular democracy. Australia is a secular democracy overrun by an array of variations of the Christian religion expressing their fear that their most vile crimes against humanity will be exposed if examined across its spectrum. Therefore the religion they hijack to exploit the population must remain protected in the constitution of the country under the freedom to practice a religion no matter how insane or how abusive to the human rights of children and indeed all Australians.
Could there be a sinister criminal reason for Australia's 70 years of neglect of the Human Rights wishes of Australians in 1948?
Australia has no Bill of Rights for its people. The top 23 of the top 25 most funded social support and education institutions are all faith based; this adds support to the many claims of survivors of biases toward Christianity existed and in instances still does in mental health, general and specific health, education, support, community, policing and governance
.Australia now has one of the worst reputations for hijacking the lives and plight of children; to the point that this form of social blackmail is a part of the social fabric of the country. The result of many things human, however the longest, largest and most persistent has been the the influence and pressures put on communities and governments over generations directly and indirectly by Catholic and other clergy to protect criminal clergy from prosecution or they sought for authorities to turn a blind eye against the human rights of the people.
The traditions of their religions which have traded in the lives of children since their inception has been one of exploitation and lifelong control of the children from cradle to grave and a healthy bonus for the Church to keep up the good work of hidden criminals in every jurisdiction of the catholic and other religions.
No religion champions the rights of children. If they did every child has the right to be protected from their form of indoctrination and entrapment until they are of the age of legal responsibility. In the current culture the children are deemed the property of parents who were themselves trapped in the same way in their own childhood as were their parents and grandparents over thousands of years.
If a child is given full disclosure with full safety and protection without fear of repercussions against themselves or their loved ones; if their human rights were to be respected and protected as described in the Universal Declaration and the Convention on the Rights of the Child the option to safely remove themselves would be permanently available to them.
No such option exists. They remain psychologically bound to the the religion simply because their rights and other means for them to escape have been systematically cut off under the guise of acting in their best interests by religions who require them as a resource to exploit.
2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
