The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Bishops' Mysterious ways limited to Evolutionary Principles
A round of thoughts from May 22, 2017
Simply mark from this day forward that Australian Catholic bishops are now aware* that they have a legal responsibility and they understand the human rights breaches and the moral breaches and the ethical breaches and the hypocrisy gains from year upon year of unfettered religious lies to children and the population at large. (*Except those who have not been question publicly about their knowledge.)
The claims of ignorance put forward by Catholic bishops is a risky one for the curia as that process was outlawed when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights came into existence. The Nuremberg trials showed that obedience was not an acceptable defense, however we simply get the same twisted logic with different entities being under the spotlight.
When looked at through the lens of Human Rights the Christian religion has no history of any individual faction or cultist group fomenting its way to the top simply as a result of its purity; instead Christianity while being built and operates strictly within a hierarchical structure simply cannot grow upwards in this way. Instead it must bloat and replicate.
How confident can you be that the bishops have got it right this time?
The bishops and therefore the whole of Catholicism and on throughout Christianity and beyond as a result of governments failing to take the necessary developmental steps to move beyond clericalism, superstition and mythology when engaging with essential service provision.
Today we have the ludicrous image whereby government and church at every intersection are working closely together to educate the few bishops who have controlled the cover up for decades that the entire rest of Catholicism and Christianity are perfect in form and function. This comes despite the fact that only in the past year has this issue begun to be realised to near its full extent. Those are the government memes used to bribe, deceive and hijack the minds of the people to satisfy the dysfunctional wan ts of the bishops stated religious wants and needs. Toxic the word goes nowhere near describing the level of toxicity when analysed based on reality and the data
It is a genuine nightmare when you look directly at the reality of the rape of so many children only to know that that is only the one narrow slice of the full scope and range of the graft, corruption, profit, fraud, greed and the psychopathic need to control the lives of others. The world is beginning to look and to laugh at itself by realising that we have been duped by mythology for so long, yet it only took a few years of connection to break the back of that toxic addiction.
But. But there is a chronic lack of evidence to support the collective claims of the bishops, while always 100% financed legal representatives have more to gain from continuance instead of settlement and as a result the cover up will continue until the profiteering from aiding and abetting the Catholic and other Churches from covering up their abuses is managed in an evidence based, trauma informed human rights protecting justice system even if it has develop an entirely new system so that there is a break from the corrupted Christian past that has led to the development of such a broken and fractured set of systems that have been cobbled and bent to cover up and to protect the powerful and the guilty even if that guilt is claimed to one of ignorance.
The bishops those men of God who knew of his every whim and fine instruction with the aid of theological infallibility got it wrong and have been wrong since their God's inception want you to believe that they have it right this time.

Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
