The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Calls fall on the deaf ears of the gods
Thoughts from 21 July, 2017
We are soon to get a public apology from Police, likely from each State, Territory and Federal Police as well. It would be expected to hear that things have changed so that no matter what level a criminal holds within any religion a set of checks and balances are in place to prevent this form of bias to continue to exist.
Update 02 April 2021. At this point in time not one of the 9 police jurisdictions have made public comment regarding this issue.
At least 8 police jurisdictions accidentally acquired identical procedures to protect religious clergy across Australia for more than 70 years. At this point this aspect has not been addressed in any area of governance or child protection.
What will we get from Policing in Australia? "It was a different time!"? "Trust us we have God on our side!", "We have got it right this time!" or assurances and no input, no check and balances. Everything for victims gets put in the past their cases remain closed. How will Police manage accusations of complicity by police in the past?
Police were not aware of this as a human rights or justice issue with regard to systemic child sexual abuse by specific religions in the community until the Royal Commission had to point it out to them.
Of course Policing across the country will have to update their statements of purpose or victims rights include the partial acknowledge and lack of rights protection etc etc to excuse themselves from future transgressions.
Will policing be able to deal with religious cults equally or will the old failed policy of thinking the Catholic police officers can in fact be unbiased when dealing with the sexual and other associated crimes that have traditionally been pushed back to the Church
The good obedient public is silent about this and a little changed control by external religious cults remains unchecked and policing remains at risked of continued infiltration by any religion who is able to make noise enough about having their religion freedoms restricted in any way in the course of enforcing the law of the country.
It is a bizarre circumstance and is a blatant display of the insanity of a democracy funding the most undemocratic bizarre religious cult on the planet and expect them to get it right as a matter of course - that is criminal abandonment as I see it
I imagine these matters will be addressed as a matter of public policy and review (for myself I might get a response to my email of : ref to my email email 2014 October Subject: DS Rod Jouning re: Police urge abuse victims to speak up 0 further information sought to Rod Jouning on this topic - or copy here as I personally have encountered issues which I firmly believe would help with credibility and also go towards having a proper investigation of the crimes that resulted) so that ...
How many others are there out there with similar or worse and we are supposed to believe that its all fixed up and unfortunately get on with our lives so that police can get on doing their business. Police appear to be confused on some fronts in this regard. My money says we et an an apology they do an inside sweep over the cover-up and mental blindness and no mechanisms in place to have you case looked at again because you can demonstrate that there are strong

One to discuss with those friends who have children in a religion based school : God in Australia as a mental health issue in 2018
2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than

Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a
small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance
