Exploring childhood teachings about sacrifice, martyrdom, suffering, self-denial and giving oneself up for God, Jesus or religious duty.

These questions are concerned with what you remember being presented with, when you first became aware of particular ideas, and how your understanding may have changed.

You may answer Unsure, I don't remember, or Prefer not to answer whenever those responses better describe your experience.
