Getting started

Practice until you are comfortable with doing the following You tell your story in detail just the once as you have a standardized single location in your control that you can distribute or provide to the professionals of your choice

If you have not already installed the Google app you can find the link here

Practice turning on the recorder. Use it to make notes and to record memories. Learn how to set the recorder running and to have the screen turn off; don't be concerned if it is running for a long duration as it will only save the times when there are voices that it can transcribe.

Learn how to use your voice to save the recording; then learn how to use Google docs to edit so that others can understand what you are wanting to speak about; as well this will teach you how to structure your conversation or comments.

Start out with short items. Work on a sentence in your head so that you are as clear as you can be. Other emotional times should be recorded also so that you can come back to them at any time you want.

Got a good sentence written down for a starter. Can you think of 3 keywords that are associated. Add a date or time if one is relevant or just the year can be sufficient. That's great, and now you can take a pause and add those keywords and save.
