The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

All forms of governance are corrupt or are being corrupted.
None reflect the truth of what the people of a country want or hope for themselves and their children.
The length of suppression, the degree of suffering, and the happenstance of a defining moment must combine to bring people together to take the right actions and lead the way by example. It is imperative to maintain the interests of the people through open, transparent, and fair governance.
There is a possible way for us to avoid and bypass the deaths and suffering that are often required to bring about needed and wanted change.
Today, we stand at a critical juncture where it is possible to trial a digital system enabling the people to vote directly on social matters, bypassing the influence of blocks of connected financial corporations and their interests.
Australia has the opportunity to be the first country in the world to trial open-source digital governance via a living Bill of Rights. This initiative is not just a matter of principle, but an obligation to the people and the country. It is a step to fulfill the proper role of governance: of the people, by the people, and for the people, creating the best working democracy on planet Earth.
Supporting Evidence and Call to Action:
Principle of Justice: The Australian legal system and democratic values uphold the principle that every individual has the right to participate in the decision-making processes that affect their lives. Implementing digital governance aligns with this principle by ensuring direct and unmediated participation.
Transparency and Accountability: Digital governance enhances transparency and accountability, as it allows for real-time tracking of decisions and their outcomes. Studies have shown that open governance systems reduce corruption and increase public trust in government institutions (See Transparency International).
Technological Feasibility: The advancement of blockchain and other secure technologies makes it feasible to implement a digital voting system that is both secure and tamper-proof. For more information, see the World Economic Forum's report on blockchain governance.
Global Precedents: Countries like Estonia have successfully implemented e-governance systems, proving the viability of digital solutions in enhancing democratic processes. For details, visit E-Estonia.
Economic Benefits: Open-source digital governance can lead to significant cost savings by reducing the need for physical infrastructure and enabling more efficient allocation of resources. The Open Government Partnership provides numerous examples of economic benefits derived from open governance initiatives.
Public Support: Surveys and studies indicate strong public support for digital voting and direct democracy initiatives. The Australian public is ready and willing to embrace this change (See Pew Research Center).
Australia can lead the world in demonstrating the effectiveness of true democracy and governance. It is time we trial open-source digital governance via a living Bill of Rights. Let's make history together.

2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning."
