Justice Peter McClellan posed a similar "Why?" question, which at the time was seriously challenged according to conversation being talked about.

The preferred question from within the Commission was to ask how did they get away with it for so long which I imagine would be looked down on on the basis of innocence until proven guilty which raised a response of Why then call for an investigation ...

The answer McClellan's Commission gave us was in a word "Clericalism"; meanwhile the structure and the operation of the cover up was able to remain fully functional whilst hidden behind freedom of religion and in funding from state and federal governments.

Australia has diplomatic relations with the Royalty of the Vatican. This is done through the Holy See being the legal state entity. The pope is the head of the Roman Catholic religion whose clergy have raped more than a million children across the globe in living memory. It has done that and was and remains a "protected" criminal element set on defeating it's victims no matter the cost to society and it's ideals and rules. It does this through, many means, some of which are laid out here. They pursue this end with the ruthlessness of a psychopath or an in denial religion.

This was on display when the Commission was set the directive to make redress costs affordable for the abusive organizations as its first consideration. Where else have there been such preconditions to a finding?

It followed up with a small sum which was reduced by the government by 100,000 as a way of benefiting and assisting the wayward institutions in bearing the cost of the failure of their God, their pope, their religion, their ideals and their means of protecting their property and wealth come before all other while they have a franchise dealing in delusional un verifiable claims and demand their right to do so as a protected entity as a religion.

If ever there were reasons to see the product of and the actions of an ongoing conspiracy to pervert the course of justice against victims of religious institutions you need to look no further. More than 10,000 men justifying their abusive relationships with men, women and children who have no protection from the abusive relationship they had the misfortune to have been born into. Their fate was sealed on that basis; without that their lives would have been remarkably different.

Bondage is when someone will not let you go and the Catholic Church treasures that psychological hold and continues to claim the fellowship of millions who have turned away from their criminality and hypocrisy.

How they got away with it for so long and how they continue to be able to do that comes from our Constitution and governments and that allows the Vatican to be both a religion and a sovereign Monarchy at the same time.

Taking into consideration, the same functionality is at the core of the British Monarchy and it is a matter of protocol between them that they do not interfere in the doings of others of the same kind as this way they are bonded under the ready-made guise of being "mutual Defenders of the Faith" as the letters patent in both Australia and NZ openly show.

How that fraud is continued on a generational basis and in response to the wrong question at the wrong time by the Australian Royal Commission failed in that important aspect to protect its population and its children by allowing the cover up to continue unabated.

Along came Covid and a spate of religiously biased Prime Ministers and the most successful global child trafficking ring continues to prarsatise whole countries in their insatiable pursuit of perpetual life.

Clerical privilege refers to the legal and societal protections afforded to members of the clergy, which allow them to withhold information they obtain during the course of their religious duties from secular authorities. This privilege is meant to protect the free exercise of even toxic religions who psychologically trap vulnerable and accessible children and prevent government intervention in religious affairs.

However, this privilege has been misused and abused by powerful government agencies to collude with bishops and church hierarchies in covering up cases of sexual abuse by Christians and Christian clergy. In exchange for keeping silent and protecting abusive clergy members, the government officials would receive support and favors from the church hierarchy. This is what is referred to as quid pro quo.

It's important to note that not all instances of clerical privilege abuse are due to quid pro quo. In some cases, individuals in positions of power within the church hierarchy simply want to protect their institution's reputation, it's property and to avoid public knowledge of the real size and function of this horrendous scandal.

The misuse of clerical privilege in this way has caused immense harm to survivors of abuse and has perpetuated a culture of secrecy and cover-up within the Catholic Church and on throughout Christianity and the rest of the Australian population. As such they are a moral hazard to the entire population.

Anyone who aids, abets and supports them falls within their grasp or those who continue to enable the unregulated, uncontrolled exploitative religions to have free range and free access to stolen women and children and expect to be paid by the victims to continue to allow them to do it.

These aspects and processes have adversely affected the right to justice for abuse of many kinds across the entire country were "overlooked" due to the cultural hegemony that operates in Australia with full government support and approval.
