The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at it's core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma has been kept alive, active and deeply embedded in each new generation over the past 2,000+ years.

Christianity has never been questioned before in the way it is being questioned today. Today we are able to gather every direction given by Jesus upon which modern Christianity is said to be based.
The reality is that in inquiry after inquiry across the globe a broad swathe of Christian religions are being shown to be primary perpetrators when it comes to children, the sick and the elderly.
The process is similar in each country whereby the population via its governments finances religions through a trading scheme that sees billions directed towards the population of education, health and community services via government funding filtered through predominantly Christian based providers to the extent that a disproportionately large percentage of services are provided via Christian religious providers.
Given the reality of the accumulating evidence of the consistent global failures through this group of providers it becomes necessary to ask how do they get away with these crimes for so long before an inquiry attempts to bring about change.
In the instance of the Roman Catholic Church there are some serious questions that demand real answers while we should establish safeguards to ensure no future possibility of a repeat.
We need to identify and to describe just what that process is in relation to our trade arrangement with the Roman Catholic Church and its claim to be a moral and ethical pearl and an example of the brilliance of their divinity; that is why we provide them with protections like s116. The reality of that is that the Roman Catholic Church is just one arm of the Holy See and the Vatican City State. They are inseparable and have the distinction of existing in both a legal state and spritualy so that they can simultaneously claim the benefits of identifying as both Church and state.

The first question that comes to my mind is to ask why does Australia continue to trade with the Holy See / Vatican City State while its Roman Catholic Church entity continues to cover up and to deny justice to thousands of Australians who were abused by Catholic clergy as children?
Can Catholic clergy and others within the religion who have taken an oath of allegiance or obedience to any of the aspects of the religion truly give their full weight and approval to the laws and regulations of Australia which have had to have been manipulated and abused over the past hundred years or so of the cover up the many individual crimes and wider atrocities the Catholic Church has been found to have been involved in since federation.
What do Australian Catholics think of the realization that their membership is being used to manipulate the secular nation of Australia for the benefit of the 450 or so men in the Vatican City State?
That number includes everyone that at any time was officially made a Catholic as it is a rarity that the Catholic Church will legally release an individual from its grasp. The practice distorts any claims of numbers belonging and supporting the work of the Vatican City State, including its role in providing safe harbour to men who have covered up and who have raped children. This process allows those 450 or so men to hold every nation state on the planet to a form of blackmail on the basis of personal threats to many individuals whom they the opportunity to affect with their failed system within their populations while claiming the full protection of a religion and to be assisted by hundreds of legal exemptions to Australian laws provided by duped and compromised governments, institutions and individuals. Every exemption of this kind should be removed from Australian law as those exemption help establish religions in Australian communities. Not only that that is done using tax payer money that would be better served through service focused, trauma informed and evidence based secular service providers.
The Holy See is an independent sovereign state; this is why we have an embassy. Our embassy should be closing all forms of trade and communication until the full spirit of the law is in operation and functioning fully and smoothly providing redress, health and community services to all those affected by these crimes.
The rights of the people of Australia must not be set aside to feed the wants of a morally failed religion no matter it's claim, no matter it's heritage it must never be allowed to surmount the authority and sovereignty of the Australian people.
It may be necessary to consider expulsion to Rome of any cleric or followers of the many various sects of Holy See who chooses to continue to hold an allegiance to any Holy See entity.
That Australia represents itself to the world as a secular country, makes this our greatest public lie.
