The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood to resolve the harms done to them. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Toowoomba girl's death

Police are to provide a brief so that gives room to speculate on some of the processes I have seen previously when the law encounters crime in a religious context/setting.

How does a modern, evidence-based criminal investigation by our police system which examines crimes originating from our history's mythology when those myths are protected under S116 of our Constitution? More so when the Prime Minister is in dire need of public support, facilitated by his socially conflicting religious protection ideals. Will there be any covert papal knights making decisions in the 'best interests of individuals or the country' while being beholden to a foreign nation state that is responsible for the sexual abuse of uncountable children along with other crimes against children over large time frames, whilst being simultaneously positioned and funded by governments for unexplained reasons, decade upon decade (see: religious school funding).

Such a system if it were to operate at it's fullest capacity must - if it reaches it's ultimate pinnacle - see Australia politically as a vassal state of The Holy See.

What limits would be possible to set on such a system, when socially stratifying and haphazardly failing ideologies are financed, only so that they can continue to breach our human rights without that ever coming under proper investigation.

Will the System instead step in to provide a political football at the right moment, by chance or by the simplest of accidents; setting Australia even further back by furthering our growing list of Human Rights failings. The Lucky Country has become lucky only for those who are connected, financially eligible, who can easily afford medical and legal support, protections, and treatment costs without having to sell their home or belongings.

Think of what is the worst that could happen politically and somehow that could find a way to coalesce out of the ether while striking a lasting blow against Human Rights and equality for all Australians.

Will a real investigation be possible when the beliefs that drove the actions that appear to have caused the death of a young girl are based on the Christian religious beliefs of the parents?

There is the faint silhouette of the droppings from a Pyrrhic victory for the people on the horizon somewhere; will the ruthless ride it for all they can get for their own gain and glory?

Will that be for God, King and Country - under contract to local management of the Universe? Courtesy of the Vatican, as franchise holders for the original owner?

There is a difference in this type of matter, in that the crimes were not carried out by clergy; they were not sexual crimes against the child, but crimes that deprived her of her life through the actions taken by members of a religion, who in turn are likely to seek protection under religious freedom laws.

Out of that complex blend, Toowoomba police have the task of bringing the matter to the court in the interests of Justice. How well they serve the people will be something to watch for.

There are many ways such an investigation could go. However, one way it cannot, and will not go is to the veracity of a particular God-based belief system.

The dominant and historic dominant God-based belief system in Australia, that traditionally was above inquiry by every police jurisdiction in the country well into the 1990s.

Folklore has it that it all quietly ended and no residue remains to be found. Yet, despite no evidence we are led to believe that those were different times, and that Things Have Changed. A concise list of "Things that have changed" in regard the covering up of child sex and other crimes by clergy would be helpful in informing the people that policing is informed on the need for evidence for claims made, and should seek and present that evidence where religion obtains an exemption, or sheds itself of responsibility and it's duty of care to the law, the people, and their children.

The Human Rights of Queenslanders and Australians will not benefit while religion will gain more protections from this.
Australia must honour its Human Rights obligations.

Overview of the articles of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Will we find a cult in our midst? Will policing explain the difference between a religion and a cult using scientific terms and specificity its standards of verifiable evidence requirements? One could hardly imagine so...

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance on the issue ...
