The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood to resolve the harms done to them. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Explain what parts of the justice process worked well for you.
None.
First reported to police when I was 3.5 years of age - sexual abuse by Catholic nuns
First reporting was to a Catholic policeman who did attempt to investigate.
Subsequent events were also reported - a replacement policeman was to arrive to "clear the matter up". This policeman was a strong Catholic and was an active member of the Knights of the Southern Cross who naturally found in favor of the pedophile clergyman who molested a younger sibling when I was aged 14; he subsequently conspired with other members of the Knights of the Southern Cross in the murder of a 72 year old Catholic man also a member of the Knights of the Southern Cross. This policeman also conspired with other members of the Knights of the Southern Cross to cover up further child rapes by Catholic clergymen.
This "good Catholic police officer' broke my nose multiple times and broke my teeth around 1969 when I overheard he and the Editor (A sworn member of the Knights of the Southern Cross) discussing the fact that the policeman had just come from investigating another rape "making that 3 now" - he broke my nose and teeth because I asked him if that included my sister when I heard what he was saying.
I have made multiple attempts to address this with taskforce SANO which only added to the list of bizarre responses by Victoria police.
Explain what parts of the justice process didnt work well for you.
I am in the process of seeking justice via a lawyer - I am hoping that this will be my first opportunity to learn what it is like to [h]ave the justice system work for me rather than for men who have sworn oaths of obedience and allegiance to the foreign state of the Catholic Church, the Vatican, the Holy See etc as defined recently by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
The practice of Victoria police utilizing Catholic individuals to investigate child sex crimes by Catholic clergy must cease immediately as with the ability in Australia to hold an oath of instant unquestioning obedience and allegiance to a foreign state does not and can not bring justice to any Victorian who happens to be the victim of a sex crime committed by clergy.
I did try VOCAT and I did receive a small sum though I am disappointed that I had to turn down their offer of cheese therapy and perhaps their magistrate could study up on why she would be a person to talk to about the failures in the system that she did not have an interest in hearing about while musing about my reasoning to bring my concerns to her attention. My experience with VOCAT rates highly in my short list of bizarre engagements with the Justice System.
Could your participation in the justice system have been better? Please explain.
Yes. The Victorian Police system could uphold Australia's secular systems of governance and it should protect thenational interest of the country and the state of Victoria through employing only individuals who have a vested first interest in Australia and the state of Victoria and the Human Rights of victims of crimes and the human rights of children to be free to reach their full potential without the fear of punishment or rejection on the orders or demands of a foreign state.
If you were a victim of crime again, would you want to participate in the justice process? Please explain.
I would as a suitable functioning Justice System is of paramount importance in protecting Australians from criminals wanting to subvert the processes of law that are intended to keep our society safe without favor to one or other religion and to do that in a secular way so that all Australians are seen to be equal and are treated equally rather than to be discriminated against for more than 60 years simply because my childhood rapists were Catholic nuns and Catholic priests.
Until the magic of every police jurisdiction in the country independently coming to see the same need and to find the same processes that provided protection for many decades to all forms of crimes by Catholic an[d] other clergy is seen for what it was, what it is and use that as a guide to prevent such a possibility to have no possibility of reoccurring.
It is in the national interest and in the interest of every present day and future Australian to see that our Justice systems cannot be subverted into yet another toxic religious cause to actively deny the human rights of children and Australians.
Have we missed anything? If so, please explain what your challenge was:
I hope your survey can help bring justice to those still being blocked and stymied by the placement of individuals with allegiances beyond our borders in decision making on sex crimes
2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a
small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance
