The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

The most common of all and the least connected by our assumptions

"Sleep is never easy"

That one is a big one - so much in that that I can comment on in random order.

Firstly we are getting older and things change for us in many ways - it's about now for many that recollections of childhood experiences come back more easily for us. A problem with that comes when those experiences have been mostly abusive.

Sleeping - check your O2 levels first thing before getting out of bed - often very low after a lengthy sleep - I sometimes set an alarm so that I don't sleep longer than 5 hours straight - might come from the way I sleep also - same position and I do not move from that while sleeping which the body does not like as we get older.

A full bladder is to be expected if we are adequately hydrated - some daily pelvic floor exercises definitely help - 3 times a day and you are back in better control of that.

Exercise more including weights for core strength - then you sweat more (rough sweaty nights also

contribute here) so there is a need to ensure salt levels do not drop too low as dehydration and low salt will make your mornings a miserable struggle.

Like that common denominator of O+ there are other things that we inherited, For me that included big outbreaks of hives and skin problems that show up in old age as dry age spots on upper back thighs and legs - stress aggravates these as well as seemingly every mole on your body in its own time.

You get to learn and understand the extent that psychosomatic injuries and the associated pains are actually a feature of your existence and recovery. A little reviewing usually indicates their origin and opens up the knowledge that you have been hiding or protecting since childhood.

The most common of all and the least connected by our assumptions (education) is global, persistent and seamless to the point where we can experience this without understanding its connections and causes. The seamlessness of dissociation is difficult to observe the first few times however once you get some understanding it becomes more easily recognised. These are the ones that I spend a large portion of my time working through with my psychologist - lost count of how many of those we have unpacked, understood and put to bed in that process.

For me I have developed a habit thanks to multiple trauma informed and evidence based psychologists making it my go to where I now have over 4,000 of in my drafts folder of my email app. They are a great anger management tool or method and a resource to go back to for reminders as to where you were at at almost any given time since I began to do that. I continue that today with Dr Lim who reads and picks up on stuff that he goes to in our next session with advice etc that is on point so very often. I laugh sometimes as I might write about something emotional and out of that he might get to something from attachment theory or other areas that the emotions you have about that are screening you from much of that knowledge.

CPTSD, PTSD, dissociation and some others are all classifiable as "hiding" disorders where we have had to or we have been educated to hide the real causes as in our instances those were issues eminating from religious instructions and from people who had taken that up as a career or lifestyle choice if hiding yourself away in a convent where you can be regularly raped by some clergyman and as such the one essential to recovery is denied and the abuse is perpetuated - the missing ingredient is that thing that good psychologist begin and end with. Safety. Your safety and how you have been compromised and trained to ignore that and instead you have been trained to hide and protect your abusers and the Church that protects them.

Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.

"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or with absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

Youtube - listen to Commissioner Bob Atkinson get it wrong - again
The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance on the issue ...
