The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

A population of dispassionate and disconnected individuals diagnosing and treating those adversely affected by the dispassionate and disconnected philosophy
There are no social rewards for bringing injustices to a halt
Your getting abused and denied justice is distracting the rest of us good Catholics/Christians from our righteous tasks and our just rewards and from profiting from your experience.
You know you are still affected & indoctrinated when you defend the supremacy of a supernatural God over the human rights of children
Those left in the aftermath of Royal Commissions, Grand Juries and inquiries into the abuse of children in institutions in nation after nation across the globe are in many places yet to begin their journey of recovery. For many of those they are the ones who spoke out and spoke truthfully and for that they have been blocked, stymied, repressed and denied their human rights here in Australia just as they are denied in each country where the rape of children by Catholic clergy is investigated.
That this circumstance in present day Australia does not constitute deeply criminal Human Rights abuses is the most heinous continuing modern day atrocity carried out against specific individuals in the Australian community.
The residue is made up of those who have seen too much, experienced the depths of the longest lived cover up of child abuse in the nation's history of kidnapping (we called it forced adoptions), stolen and trafficked children, children psychologically and sexually used and abused by celibate religious as throwaway sexual toys to be used to momentarily satisfy their basic human urges and instincts which have traditionally been seen to be in the control of the bishops who have no ability to take into account the reality of human biology. Instead we got hundred upon hundred of years of religious abusing children as a means of venting their frustrations of the macabre mythological pantomime they were trained to play and the bizarre way that forced them and the rest of the country to live the same abhorrent way
.It seems the populations understands this to some degree, many in the community are holding their breath or trying to protect themselves from the reality of the failings and yet our elected representatives have yet to fully acknowledge the full weight of what the evidence showed and the fact that this continues to flow in increasing volume with estimates of more than a million children raped in the Catholic Church alone.
We have the evidence in the trauma we experience, we have the trauma and we each have to learn individually how to escape or recover from the damage and injury we have experienced from our abusive experiences with the Catholic Church. The growing lists of deeply traumatized and dangerously affected people is testament to the depth of harm and injury jet the response from Australians on this has been nothing short of historic in the spectacularly of the response which shows that Australians are dispassionate and ineffective when it comes to seeing and living in the reality of present day Australia.
We have the Catholic Church continuing as though they have the solution and that has traditionally been to repress and deny the victims. Nothing changed there much except a growing list of Australians having their human rights abused so that the catholic Church can continue to run its corrupt and fraudulent operations and will continue to do that whilst there is money to be traded and made in providing services and business for the largest corporate sector of the Roman Catholic religion as beneficiaries of large sums of money and preferential treatment so their religion and its business interests can continue to profit and progress whilst blocking every victim of childhood sexual abuse their human rights to justice because the reality of the crimes is such an horrific crime.
The "system" continues to deny many as you read this today and unless there has been a spectacular instantaneous global change in the Vatican and every flavor of Christianity you can expect these human rights abuses to continue openly and unquestioned in plain view because that is seen as culturally acceptable despite the fact that this is an abhorrent injustice towards some of the most resilient people possible.
There are no safe places to pause to recover a breath when on a never ending journey to justice that began in your childhood and continues to this day in your 70s.
2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
The church protected the perpetrators, not the victims
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this morning." Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or
with
absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than
any religion has been or will likely be.
Let history be the standard by which that is measured.

Atkinson get it wrong - again
The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a
small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance
on the issue ...
