The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The
Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism
whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as
it has done over the past 2,000+ years.
From 2009 on seeing the extent of the impact on myself, my child my family and the wider community when you simply try to speak on the subject of child sexual abuse by clergy in a logic factual scientific as possible way that you can. When you do that when every contact you have has its roots in the culture that you are describing and despite the many who claim to be free of the influence you get to realise that that influence runs incredibly deep within the psyche of human beings and that the knowledge that blackmail, bribery, lies, perpetual threat and constant trauma can be surmounted on an individual level.
Give us Aussie kids a "Fair go Mate!"
see how many of us kids have been and will be sexually abused by the time we are 12 years old
fair go - that is not a fair go and it is about time some of you irresponsible mothers and fathers got off your fat lazy backsides and put aside your own fears and agendas to stand up take responsibility for bringing this awful awful business to a halt - for the children's sake.
"Please Mum, Dad, tell them that what they are doing is wrong and that it hurts us kids".
"can't they stop them mum even if they are priests"
"my bottom hurts because the priest put his willy into me"
"mummy can't put a band-aid on the inside"
"he said it was for my own good because he loved me, that's not right is it dad"
"he said in church that God saves little children like me and it makes my mummy and daddy cry all the time"
John Howard, Kevin Rudd and each and every politician can only be seen to be very poor parents if they let this continue
"why did he do his sex on me. I don't know what sex is"
We just want a fair go in our schools, in our Government, in our families, in our religion.
We just want
"a fair go at life"
AN APOLOGY
With the recent apology to an abused group in our society by the newly elected Prime Minister brought many comments in regards the clergy abuse issue with one person saying "Now that they have apologised for the abuses committed against Aboriginal people, I felt that the victims of clergy abuse are entitled to the same sort of apology."
I replied with "No apology would be acceptable whilst the statute of limitations on sexual and personal crimes exists".
Whilst those with a vested interest annually pour millions of church dollars in their opposition to the removal of the statute of limitations on sexual and personal crimes. There can be no acceptable apology from the Church or from our Government regardless of the words or the status of those putting it.
To oppose the right to justice for one segment of our society is abhorrent to all of us.
Sexual abusers of our children are protected from prosecution on a repeated basis in our justice systems with thousands of cases never getting the natural right to justice that we expect in our society.
It is obvious that our religions have and are unable to self regulate or internally police their representatives. That a number at the highest levels oppose what most of their parishioners never get to hear about is an abuse of power. Even worse is the fact that the upholding of the statute of limitations not only protects pedophile priests, it protects every pedophile and sexual abuser of a person of any religion. This effectively holds to blackmail the children of every other religion and goes further while it protects the abusers of those who are simply an Australian. The withholding of justice is not acceptable to us as a society, nor is it acceptable to the parishioners of our churches.
Australians are unwittingly used and abused through the use of funds faithfully provided by good Australians simply wanting to provide and support their Church, little do many of them realise that their own dollars end up being used to deny a child's right to obtain justice no matter what their age is. The statute of limitations does this to our most vulnerable and the most abused people in our society; their right to justice is implacably opposed through the misuse of Church funds.
Policing and support services throughout the country are frustrated with being left to pick up the pieces of a society who appears to want to remain ignorant of the fact that a large chunk of the health, policing, support and others services dollars are poured into an insatiable festering wound within our society.
Some estimates put this figure at several billion dollars a year of Government provided funding. Money used to prop up an increasing number of its people suffering a wide range of mental illnesses, criminal acts as well as being caught up in domestic violence, drug and other related crimes as the result not only of sexual abuse but a wide range of other crimes and abuses.
Our Health systems simply cannot provide effective treatments or suitable support services and never will whilst any attempt made is defeated again and again due to the statute of limitations. Our Government appears to have to futilely spend these massive amounts of money to provide unending ineffective services whilst permitting widespread disruptions in our society as well as negatively affecting every taxpayer. Why? Simply because of a few religious leaders are running their own agendas in regards the statute of limitations.
These powerful people are spending the hard earned and gladly provided funding of their parishioners in a long term multi-million dollar series of legal actions which will never end so long as they have access to funds to fight the removal of the statute of limitations on these crimes which provides protection to the pedophiles amongst them and the rest of our society.
It would be an appropriate time to provide an apology to each and every Australian affected bu this, to each family, mother and father and to every child disallowed justice due to the imposition of this most abhorrent and un-Australian law. It would be appropriate to apologise only when any Australian abused sexually or otherwise can expect to be the recipient of natural justice and effective support services.
"This is a matter for the church and I respect the internal judgements of the church. I don't stand
outside the church and provide them with public lectures in terms of how they should behave. I've noted
carefully what his Holiness has said in the United States. Obviously that was a source of great comfort
and healing in the United States. I'm like all Australians very much looking forward to what the Pope
has to say here in Australia as well, as I am to my own conversation with the Pope later this
morning."
Kevin Rudd, Prime Minister of Australia, 17 July 2008. more

Wednesday, 22 June 2022 - I may not have this down syntax, word and letter perfect or
with
absolute precision in every aspect; however time and the evidence will show that I am closer to the truth than
any religion has been or will likely be. Let history be the standard by which that is measured.
Youtube - listen to Commissioner Bob
Atkinson get it wrong - again The Commissioner informs us that the clergy sexual abuse issue was all over and that it had only been a
small statistical glitch around the year 2000. History shows this to have been a display of absolute ignorance
on the issue ...
