The inability of a child to thrive in a Constitutionally protected God based perpetual threat and rape culture is not a fault of the child; however it does become their odious responsibility upon reaching adulthood. The Christian religion at its core is a toxic mechanism whereby intergenerational trauma is kept alive, active, and deeply embedded in each new generation, as it has done over the past 2,000+ years.

Its that time of year here in Australia where we gather for a winter seasonal celebration on the beach in 40C because some Arab guy back in the stone age thought he was a god and was said to have sacrificed himself to himself so that you never need experience suffering or would have to pay for any of your indiscretions. Of course we can all see that that did not work out quite like those who still claim infallibility and ownership of all knowledge today.
I am not impressed with the version we have here in Australia where we live in the product of a parliamentry democracy that has no legal requirement for a separation between church and state where candidates for election make outlandish claims on a very small subset of potential legislation who if elected go on to pass legislation on hundreds of aspects of daily life without further democratic engagement with the general population who they are said to be representing.

If we genuinely needed to deter anyone trying to reach Christmas Island we could relocate the entire catholic church hierarchy there where they can continue their practices of ritualised human sacrifice and cannibalism, child sexual abuse and denial of responsibility with an assurance of eternal punishment in this life and for generations to follow while they build grand edifices to myths and legends and hoard the wealth and good living for themselves while keeping a close eye on the weather just in case their god got drift of so many in one location that he could not miss up the chance to whip in a 30 day cyclone just to keep them current with his feelings of the moment.
Would this Christmas be too soon for that?
They appear to be still trying to live back in the days when religion in the suburbs of Australia was so toxic that it did cost you your home, your business and draw the ire of police and subject you to public humiliation and exploitation through the use of the legal system including attempts to have you designated as a mental health case because you were open about your lack of belief and your understanding of your circumstance that and you acknowledged that you indeed were a survivor of childhood rape by Catholic nuns and priests at an early age.
That only began to change for survivors in Australia in 2013.
The opportunities to bully, shun and torment, to profit from or to exploit or build status among your mates and in religious communities from the misfortune of others in this respect lost it's abilities once the Royal Commission was called.
Obviously they have failed to keep their humanitarian skills up to date.
It is to be hoped the world understand or at least is beginning to understand that the Royal Commission is calling to raise the bar much much higher and within moments there is the rush to protect the religious rights of Christians.
It was the religious rights of Christians that allowed our government and our country to become toxic toward children. It was the right to be free unhindered entirely that allowed hundreds of thousands of children to be raped by clergy from every branch of Christianity. It was, and remains a claimed rights and freedoms of the Catholic Church and other Christian religions to lobby in whatever way possible to block, stymie or deny equal human rights to any victim of rape in this country for decades.
It has been and likely continues unfortunately for some to conduct whatever toxic interpretation someone in a religious community can extract from the collection of statements from thousands of years ago. Today we know that that is not a trusted and reliable source when we can have something validated, repeated and be tested to ensure that it passes the highest standards of ethics, morality and is trauma informed and evidence based simply to ensure the protection of the human rights of any individual human involved in the process.
It was the result of the extreme extent that religious rights and freedoms had gone to in Australia that has allowed the theft of children and we called it forced adoptions while destroying hundreds of thousands of lives in the process. It was the excesses of the Christian religion and its mythology based religion that caused the Royal Commission to be called.
All the while the Churches were calling out that they were the victims while they were moving child rapists from parish to parish and destroying the lives of family after family across the entire country while their toxic influence was injected into our society at every opportunity to preserve their religious freedoms and rights that they were using to gain sexual access to children for their clergy and to then cover it all up the full term of their life.
The lack of rights for Australians is what concerns me more and that may well stem from the history of these human rights abuses. Australia signed on eagerly in 1948 to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and yet for more than 60 years not a single bishop has seen any form of benefit in bringing human rights into every state in the country while they railed endlessly about homosexuality and tormented and caused many innocent Austrians to be killed and punished simply because of their sexual orientation while shouting at the top of their voices that they have it right this time or they will want to punish you just as their sick religion appears to describe.
If ever a piece of text needs to be psychologically or psychoanalytically examined for health and safety of the reader and of children in close engagement with it is the Christian bible as until it becomes child safe, trauma informed, trauma aware and evidence based it will continue to cause the abuse of uncountable children.
2023 Findings in Spain found that 0.6% of the population of Spain had been sexually abused by Roman Catholic priests and laity. Up to 50 million alive on any day who have been raped or abused by Catholic clergy &/or Catholic laity
Current world population is 8 billion - 0.6% = 48 million alive today who are likely to have been raped by Catholics globally.
